Help with setting up multiple images on pin maker

Hi Harry,

We are trying to set up pins on multiple images for the same product but for some reason it is not letting us add the multiple images. It only allows one image to be dropped in. We want to set up the same look which is in the demo here:

Basically multiple images next to/under each other which all have pins in them. We have set up one image with multiple pins without any issues but when we try to add a second image, it will not let us. So for example with the Men’s Wooden Wrist Watch, we tried to add additional images to that pin, but without success. We have read the Claue theme document as well as the plugin author’s instructions about this but unfortunately they do not explain this and it look like maybe the plugin author has abandoned the plugin as their support is also switched off.

Could you please advise us on how multiple images with pins can be added/created for the one product?

I’m sorry for late reply.

We miss your topic on the first time so it not send us email when you have reply.

Please double click on image to add pin, you can add more pin add you want. And just change type of Pin to WooCommerce and select product to link to the icon https://prnt.sc/sso0u8

Thank you very much for your reply, we really appreciate it.

We don’t have a problem with creating multiple pins on the same image, we have been able to do this. The problem is when we try to add an extra image to create a gallery of images which we can put pins on. Like this, from the demo:

We have tried to add the multiple images for the same product in pin maker but it just won’t let us. For example, we set up some pins on an image for the Men’s Red and Brown Wooden Watch. No problems there and you can see the image with the pins in it on the product page. But then we tried to add other images on the same product page (to create the gallery look like in the demo) so that we could put pins in them and it would not let us.

We have checked the plugin documentation and it does not help and the plugin support seems to be abandoned.

Could you let us know how to add extra images in the same product through pin maker?

Hi Netmind,

We combine multiple images to one by photoshop http://janstudio.net/claue/demo/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/look10.jpg it not multiple image.

After combine you can upload to pinmaker and add your pin. Or you can make pin as carousel slider

Aaah, now it makes sense! Thank you Harry, we kept wondering how you did it and why there was no mention of setting up  multiple images in the plugin documentation. 🙂

We waited this time until we had tested everything so it took us a while (as you know we purchased this theme a long time ago).
