      Hello. I bought the template yesterday. I am really lost, 🙁

      I have imported the Sample Data, but I find that some pictures are missed. I know that it is not important because I have to change them anyway , but I am thinking that the process of importing didn´t gone correctly.

      In the other hand, there is an issue in the Plugins area.

      It is said that i have to update the: Claue Addons plugins. I do it, but when it is finished and I come back to the plugins area, it ask me again for updating the same plugin. Definetely it is not working.

      To finish, is there any posibility to pay for someone to check the installation and setup the templete like one of the models that you show?

      3. Filter and 4 columns, you want keep filter and 4 columns and hide column switcher?

      I would prefer that the customers could see the column with the filters. I dont like it hidden.

      Did you change the structure of the items in the HOME? I like the layout of the HOME 2

      I think now it is different.

      I didn’t change structure of home page you can set home2 as home page in Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Front page > Select home 2

      This issue related to your are hosting your site on WordPress.com, you can activate plugin “Jetpack by WordPress” to solve this.

      The next issue is in the Home.

      When I CLICK in any category (down the Home slideshow): BAGS, FOOTWEAR, SUNGLASSES..etc… the site is redirected out of my website.

      Hi Harry, the screenshot is good but you cropped the menu to access to this submenu,….so I have no idea how to go there.

      Thanks harry, that has been really helpful. Now I have uploaded some demo images but the design is “broken”. The images have different sizes and i expected that the template would crop all the images with the same proportions.

      But it is not like that. Is there any easy solution or I must crop all the images manually?

      Hello Harry

      Where can I modify the instagram pictures of the Instagram Shop??

      The slider in the Home works perfectly but I want to see the same in the Instagram Shop.

      Must I add every image with its link or is there any possibility to import the pictures here also?

      1. You can follow our document at http://janstudio.net/claue/document/ navigate to Instagram Shop to know how to build Instagram Shop

      2. You can add a row that contain slider above Instagram Shop and turn off page title option.

      You can enable maintenance mode in Theme Option > Maintenance Mode > Enable.

      That’s only admin can view the site when you build your site.
