Importing Sample Data Seems Incomplete

I’m having the same issue.  I’m not sure why the demo is directing me to your website.  Can assist me as well?  I read the fix above, but It’s not quite clear enough for me.  Where are the KB, FAQ’s pages?  And why aren’t the media items in the demo populating for me?  This was a brand new install
