issue with images and related products

Hi your theme is amazing.

I am facing some issues with my site smiliproject.com

under this category https://www.smiliproject.com/product-category/vourka-collection/

i had the brown bag and today i have added the black bag. The image size of the brown bag was 1000x667px and was adapting accordingly to the gallery. When i added the black one with the same image size, the image was looking bigger than the brown one and i had to rezie it to 570×380 to be the same. also when you click on the black one or brown one it doesnt show related products

Hi,

1. You can change product image size in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Product Image and change Catalog Image Size and Single Product Image Size.

2. You can fix by add custom css in Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

but the think is that the other images from other products with bigger size are displayed ok. only the black one or the new products added from today are not working properly

I am having the exact same sizing issue on category pages and the main shop page. Please fix this ASAP, this is a very big visual issue.

Hi Potys,

Could you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Product Image and change Catalog Image Size and Single Product Image Size. and change the dimension of image same ratio with your original image ratio. After that go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnail

Example your original images dimension is: 1000 x 667px

The setting should be:

– Catalog image should be: 570 x 386 px
– Single product image: 570 x 386 px
– Thumbnail: 160 x 106 px

After that go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnail.
