      Hello,

      After installing the template, I saw that the website is running realy slow and having bad request.
      Then I desactivated plugins one by one the find how. And it appears that JanStudio Extra Addons Plugin have an issue.

      Could you tell me more about this plugin (what’s in) and do you have any solutions about this issue?

      I’m running the website on Safari (last update).

      Thank you for choosing our theme.

      I check your site on Safari Version 12.0.3 (13606.4.5.3.1) on macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 it still work well.

      Which version of Safari you’re checking. The latest version of Safari on Windows outdated so long from 2013 and Apply drop support.

      If you use Window we recommend use other browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge).

      Hello,

      I use Safari on a MacBook Pro so still up to date.

      Actually I desactivated JanStudio Extra Addons so it works well.
      Activate it you will see that the browser have more than 1 minute of bad request before loading.

      Hi,

      I check your site on Safari on macOS or on iPhone, both load in 3-5s.

      Did you try clear cache on your browser or try on another computer?

      ok I reactivated the plugin so you can check it right now.

      safari is in version 12.0.2

      the issue is only on safari not on opera or chrome

      Hi,

      1. I check on my Safari https://www.useloom.com/share/1b59bb0f47164ebab984af2b870644ed it load in 3s

      2. The recommend plugins in this list http://prntscr.com/mrv5xk . You can run site without plugins when you only need blog. Some plugins required WooCommerce, Jas Addons, Visual Composer (WP Bakery PageBuilder) but if you don’t use Visual Composer you don’t need to use JAS-Addons.
