Hi,
I recently was not able to get back into my site due to an internal error that prevented me from getting back into my site today. I spoke to my web host, Go Daddy, and they managed to get me back in by disabling all of the plugin’s in my site. So I’ve now reactivated all of the plugin’s, one by one, and my site still looks all messed up. I’m not sure what else to do to get it looking the way it did before. Can you please help me out?
Just so you know this is the error that first caused the issue with my site.:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare vclnqdz() (previously declared in /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins/mcqprlvf.php:2) in /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins/mcqprlvf.php on line 2

Hi Cair_nic,
Please go to your FTP and navigate to folder /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins and delete file “mcqprlvf.php”
Kind regards

Hi Cair_nic,
Please try delete all folder mu-plugins and please go to folder wp-content > plugins and remove folder “js_composer” and after that go to Appearance > Install plugins to install Visual Composer plugin
Kind regards

Hi,
I spoke to yet another Go Daddy rep today…they managed to get an older version of my site back up. I lost quite a bit of new work but there’s nothing I can do about that now. Just so you know this is what she did to fix it:
She renamed the mu-plugins which was causing the issue.
Then resubmitted the account new file is created. And as for the internal links she renamed the htaccess file and saved the
permalinks, then it worked. New htaccess file was created. -
