I just bought your template we translated the file into French
100% translated, 388 strings
But the problem, is missing strings in your pot file?
in the admin there are still English words.

bug on theme-options when you translate the word in french add a “/”
Then: the boutton

Since we activate the child template
We made no changes

Hi

Please install/active Loco Translate plugin then go to your admin WP, under the menu Loco Translate -> Plugins -> Helpdesk Addons

It’s similar with translate theme, you can check here video

1. I helped you fix issue with search box

2. The text support forum you can change in JanStudio > Theme Option > Forum > Page title

3. These text can’t translate because the folder doesn’t permission to writeable, you have to change permission for file and folder
