Hi,
Can you help us removing the crosses on the left shop menu? The current menu is confusing to look at.
If there should be a symbol with a main category containing subcategories it should be a simple arrow. See attached photos. We would like the menu to be a better customer experience than it is now.
For example as the attached photos where there is difference between the main categories and the subcategories in font size. And a line dividing shop categories from example filtering categories such as color, size and brands.
Can you help us with this?
Also we would like a category (which we have created as ”SHOP) to be listed at the top of the categories. It should function like a ”shop all products” category.
Looking forward to your reply!

Hi,
1. Please use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-category-accordion/ and replace current Product Categories widget with YITH Categories Accordion widget in Appearance > Widgets > WooCommerce Sidebar
2. Please go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Select Sidebar and choose WooCommerce Sidebar
3. You can create new Menu in Appearance > Menu >Primary Menu > And change Shop to “Shop All products”
Kind regards
Harry

Hi Harry,
Thank you for your help!
However could you help us remove the crosses before the text in each category?
It is great that there are a cross if the category has a subcategory. But only 2-3 of our categories has that. -

Hi, can you help with the filtering?
- We would like the sizes to be two columns with a check off box.
See photo
2. Also, is it possible to add an image on one of the colors? We have a ”multi” which is for prints. But it doesn’t make sense to give ”multi” a solid color. How can we add a small photo in the circle?
3. When we hover over the different colors it only shows the text once in a while. It is very nice that there are some text to each color when one hover over the circle. Do you now why it only shows once in a while?
4. If one color is chosen, the rest of the colors disappears. Which is a bit confusing for the customer if they change their mind. Is it possible to just highlight the chosen color and let the rest of the colors remain visible. It could be highlighted with a black border around the circle.
Hope you can help 🙂

Hi,
I’m sorry all feature you want the YITH Ajax Filter doesn’t support. Please check these plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038 or https://codecanyon.net/item/woof-woocommerce-products-filter/11498469
Kind regards

Ok, the two other plugins have a not so nice look. So we are not interested . in these unless they adapt to the main theme we have chosen?
When I look at the ajax filter in themeforest and look at the preview demo. I can see there are check boxes and a scroll possibility if there is for example more than 6 colors. the rest of the colors are then visible if you scroll down.
What if we just have that instead?
The boxes to check off and a scroll possibility if there are more than a certain numbers visible?

Hi,
The filter function you see on ThemeForest it’s function of only ThemeForest and they do for their site not for theme sell on ThemeForest.
You can use one of 2 plugins and hire freelancer to help you style.
Kind regards
