Mailchimp pop-up doesn't appear

Hello,
I did several tests and connected mailchimp to my shopify site. I created my discount code through shopify so as to put the discount link and to create the discount as previously requested. The problem, however, is that I created both the list and the pop-up for the newsletter but appears only when entering the password for access to the site and in the woman section ….. it makes no sense. I am attaching the video of what happens …. I would need to solve this problem by 31 because then on 1 September I wanted to open my e-commerce. I look forward to your help as soon as possible 🙂

We’re sorry for missed this ticket. Did you change the app to display the Mailchimp form? the problem was solved, right?
