Main menu issue after the last theme update

Hi

I’ve found an issue after I’ve updated the last Claue version 1.3.3.

 

1. The main menu disapear after you go down in the store page: https://frioportatil.com/tienda/ – 00.jpg attached.
2. The sub menu is overlapped with the main menu in the category pages: Example: https://frioportatil.com/camping-y-playa/ – 01.jpg attached.

I’ve found an issue after I’ve updated the last Claue version 1.3.3.

1. The main menu disappear after you go down in the store page in desktop version: https://frioportatil.com/tienda/ – 00.jpg attached.
2. The sub menu is overlapped with the main menu in the category pages in desktop version: Example: https://frioportatil.com/camping-y-playa/ – 01.jpg attached in the previous message.
3. On the information pages the main menu disappear once you scroll down in desktop version: Example page: https://frioportatil.com/terminos-y-condiciones/ – 03.jpg attached file.
4. Same thing in the cart page: Example page: https://frioportatil.com/cart/
5. On the checkout page, the main menu is overlapped with the banner, so you can’t select any item of the main menu in the desktop version: Example page: https://frioportatil.com/checkout/ – 04.jpg
6. The Pinup banner on the main page is not working as a responsive module in mobile version. Example page: https://frioportatil.com/ – 05.jpg and 06.jpg attached files.

Hi Flavex,

I can’t access your site admin.

Please go to Claue > Theme Option > Header > Header Transparent > Off or please go to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS find the code and remove it

.header-4 .header__transparent + .header__bot {
    margin-top: 62px;
}

No I can’t. I use the credentials I sent to you and I’m able to log in here in Buenos Aires Argentina. Could it be an IP restriction due to your geo location?

I still can’t access your site dashboard.

Please try to add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.header-4 .header__transparent + .header__bot {
    margin-top: 0;
}
.home .header-4 .header__transparent + .header__bot {
	margin-top: 62px;
}

6. The Pinup banner on the main page is not working as a responsive module in mobile version. Example page: https://frioportatil.com/ – 05.jpg and 06.jpg attached files.

I’ve opened a ticket regarding the situation of the error in your log in, with the hosting support team.

I’ll let you know about the outcome, so you might help me with the Pinup issue.

For the issue with Pin popup, please change position of Pin to can view on mobile http://take.ms/8Q3PF

Well I used these position options several times, with the 4 possible combinations. The thing is the popup text is always displayed at the right side, so, if you don’t put the pins on the left zone, the content will not been seen. So, please tell me if is a bug, and I’ll not lose more time here.

Hi,

For this case you have to manual set popup position because if you set left on desktop it can’t switch to right, top, bottom on mobile. It defend on user config.

I don’t follow your instructions. The thing is, Pinup works perfect in the product pages, also in mobile version. It’s not related with left, right, and so on. The Pinup responsive function is clearly falling in the landing page. Maybe due to the visual composer, or maybe it’s because the pinups of the landing page are a collection, or… maybe it´s due to the format vertical orietation in one cases and the wide format of the images in the landing page. Anyway, at the landing page pinup collection, I’ve distributed all the pins in the right side of the screen. That’s the only solution at the moment.
