Manual update without losing any content

Hi all! I want to update the theme manually. I had the non-purchase version earlier, but it’s a very old one and it’s not working properly. Now i bought the theme and i want to install this new version without losing any content.

If you don’t edit anything in theme you can follow this topic to update theme http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/
