Menu not opening

Hi,

1] The hamburger menu and the sort menu are not opening at all when using the cellphone’s safari. But it work’s when using chrome in cellphone.

It is also working ok when using safari in ipad but not in cellphone.

2] When coming from the category page and going to the product detail page the picture does not load [appear] unless you click one of the color swatches. This happen also in safari in cellphone.

I updated yesterday to the latest claue version.

Hi LV,

Could you tell us which version of iOS you’re using. I check your site on iPhone7+ iOS 10.3.3 it still work well.

Please clear cache and try again.

I tested it in Lg Leon LTE phone with Android version 5.1.1 using safari only.

I did clear the cache but its still the same.

Hi,

This browser not Official browser develop by Apple and the latest version outdated 3 years.

so when you check on iPhone and iPad it still work well or Chrome on Android.

Hi,

This is in regards to my number 2 question.

I’m using this type of product detail listing:

Premium Shoes Clean Package

Coming from the category page and going to the product detail page the page does not show as a “Product with a sticky menu”. It’s just like a simple listing with just one main picture. You can click on the picture that’s all you can do.

I have to click the color swatches so that it becomes a product with sticky menu, with all pictures showing

This is happening in the desktop, ipad and chrome in the cellphone.

Can you please check.

Hi,

The product layout still sticky, but it doesn’t load default gallery. Please remove default variation

To fix this issue.

Is there a way to put a note letting customers know that website cannot be viewed in safari version 5.1.1 in the mobile device only.

I’m sorry it not have way to put a note for customer use this browser but the percent of user use this browser is less.
