Metadata keys

Hi,

We are using the Shipmondo plugin for shipping and they require product “Metadata keys” in order to connect to the order data as currently the orders are transferring but not the chosen variations or any notes at checkout. They said that our webshop developer should be able to help us find these. I tried searching previous support articles but couldn’t find anything in relation to this?

From google I found out that WooCommerce uses set ones like  “_product_attributes”.
But when I look at the source code I see “data-attributes” and “data-product_variations” and “order_comments_field”
Are any of these are correct? Sorry I don’t really know what I need to look for is it the part in the code which says id= ?

It is something you can help me with or are they set by WooCommerce and not the theme code?

Hi,

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behavior and uncheck 2 last fields related to Ajax.

I think you are misunderstanding… the variations are adding to the cart and orders fine on the website / Woocommerce end. I require some type of keys called “Metadata” to enter into on a seperate website to connect the variations to this shipping website.

The code “_product_attributes”, “data-attributes” and “data-product_variations” use in plugin WPA Variations Swatch not use in theme and plugin WooCommerce.

Okay how do I get in touch with them then? This plugin comes with your theme and I can’t find any information about this plugin online. In the claue_main_files > plugins > wpa-woocommerce-variation-swatch.zip > init.php file it has a link to the plugin but it doesn’t seem to exist anymore? http://wpaddon.net/wc-variation-swatch just redirects to a user which doesn’t have this plugin listed https://codecanyon.net/user/wpaddon/portfolio.

Please turn off plugin if you don’t need color variation swatch.
