When I click “add to cart” the mini cart resets to zero and when the minicart slides open it says “no products in cart”.

Did you installed any cache plugins on your site? If so, please disable it to help me to debug this problem

I have checked in our theme, It’s not a problem, After that I make a quick test with default function of WooCommerce you can see on this page http://libertymedical.wpengine.com/product-category/portable-oxygen-concentrators/
And click to quick view icon > Add to cart and close quick view modal, you can see the default Cart Widget of WooCommerce is not added this product. So I suspect that your server cause this problem, and I continued find solution and saw this article https://wpengine.com/support/wpengine-ecommerce/ May be cache plugin was installed on your server, Can you please ask hosting provider to check it?

Ah, ok, so if I understood you correctly the cache plugin is causing the problem. I will ask WP Engine to disable the cache on shopping cart pages and that should fix the problem, correct?
