      I would like to replicate exact same Header as in Claue theme i.e.

       

      Mobile and Desktop will not display ‘HEADER’

      Please go to Appearance > Menus and set your menu to primary menu.

      It does show up, however it is not transparent, which I checked. Please see attachment.

      The header transparent only work on homepage only.
