Hi

Im experiencing some issues:

1. Social post for twitter is just a title & links, should have an image and a teaser text with url reference for good social media

2. related products are not working properly.

3. New badge doesn’t always work, is there conditions?

4. footer spaces should be equidistant from each other

5. When setting a bundle, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to a member function get_price() on boolean in /home/…

6. Id like to place some footer widgets into the front page. I’ve included an example of a widgetized “area” possibly referring to it as a widgetized sidebar is confusing.  It it possible?

7. Search does not work on all my content. Leaves a major category out.

8. The carousels sometimes don’t work they bunch up together and have to refresh the page to get them to the correct format.

1. ThemeForest do not approve us include image to social share because it get fix image ( product image) they recommend us use plugin ( Yoast Seo)  to easy control the image

2. Related product get products have same tags and categories with current product https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

thanks for your help, so far not much progress:

1. Themeforest didn’t allow JanStudio to include images in social media posts? I have themes from themeforest that include images in shares.

2. If you refresh the same product you’ll see that it produces one, sometimes two sometimes all three related products. I want all three if are available to show at the same time.

3. i’ve set the new badge for 3o days and the badge does not show. Half the products on the New Items page doesn’t show the badge.

4. In the footer the widgets don’t seem to be the same size some are wider than others which looks odd.

5. I’ve followed your video and I’ve followed your written instruction, bundled products doesn’t work for me.

6. Ill try to build this through visual composer.

7. The quick search didn’t work when I used the word THONG, please see for yourself.

8. Can you tell me why you think the counter is the problem?

I cannot have one set attributes for all products because each product has different colors and sizes than its neighbor.  While on emay be Large 33-36 another one might be Extra Large 33-36 so one set of attributes cannot be used for all products. Be aware of this.

Im starting to believe that Jan Studio doesn’t even know how bundled products work. Nothing you say works.

 

the carousel setting is the same as the one above it. They are not set to 12. It set to rotate through 8 products and only show 4.

please keep calm i will set up a product bundle  on your site for you.

Product Bundle work with product use global attribute, we also recommend you create global attribute because have more issue with product non global attribute

You have upload graphic for only color. You can try this plugin to assign attribute for more products https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-bulk-attribute-manager/

In next version we will improve social share and related product. You can control related product in theme option

This issue with WooCommerce 3.x

1. Can you try deactivate some plugin Aelia Foundation Classes for WooCommerce, AfterShip – WooCommerce Tracking and check email.

If still have issue you can try another way

2. Deactivate Claue theme and try with default theme (twenty seventeen, storefront) and check email

1. Issue related to additional information when use product bundle, we tell it to plugin author and wait for him fix this.

2. Can you explain more issue, we check product bundle on cart page it display thumbnail with color and style.

2. I check your backend and saw you using Lockdown WP Admin plugin, can you try disable this plugin, if still have issue, pls try switch to another theme.
