I delete the plugin here https://wordpress.org/plugins/echo-knowledge-base/
Because it does not workSo I replace for nothing, the helpdesk-add-on plugin for the one you gave?
Should we also remove the helpdesk-add-on plugin, to go back to the previous version?
Or the version you sent can work without the plugin here? https://wordpress.org/plugins/echo-knowledge-base/So I do not have the previous version of the helpdesk-add-on plugin?

1) I have not received an answer?
2) You have not yet understood the question?
I do not use this plugin he did not install on my siteTo put it plainly: another plugin / theme or other has replaced the basic function wp to send new user information.
Question on: ?
This is your plugin that replaces the function “wp_new_user_notification”!
Another plugin of your theme replaces the function “wp_new_user_notification”!
Please perform a full text search on your complete plugin and theme folder and search for the string “function wp_new_user_notification”. Report me which file / plugin / theme has the defined function.

"\r\n\r\n"; $message .= sprintf(__('Username: %s'), $user_login) . "\r\n\r\n"; $message .= sprintf(__('E-mail: %s'), $user_email) . "\r\n"; @wp_mail(get_option('admin_email'), sprintf(__('[%s] New User Registration'), get_option('blogname')), $message); if ( empty($plaintext_pass) ) return; $message = __('Hi there,') . "\r\n\r\n"; $message .= sprintf(__("Welcome to %s! Here's how to log in:"), get_option('blogname')) . "\r\n\r\n"; $message .= wp_login_url() . "\r\n"; $message .= sprintf(__('Username: %s'), $user_login) . "\r\n"; $message .= sprintf(__('Password: %s'), $plaintext_pass) .
