Hi Harry,
We identified a few bugs with your new update after testing in our staging environment and we would love to share them with you so that you can issue a patch quickly to stop other users being affected. This is important as one bug removes custom HTML in footer and might cause your clients to lose hard work.
I will write details as a reply in order to keep conversation private.
Thanks,
Team Artk

Hi ArtK.
1. This issue have any WordPress theme when you switch theme, it issue of WordPress not our theme https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/9335/switching-themes-without-losing-widgets, https://wordpress.org/support/topic/widgets-disappear-after-switching-themes/, https://wordpress.org/support/topic/widgets-disappeared-from-widget-areas/

Hi Harry,
After more testing, I found out why you cannot replicate error.
Your computer screen is smaller. Please try using a computer with bigger screen (Menu should not be in two lines). You will easily replicate the error. The error happens when you go more than a certain size of the viewport.
My laptop is a standard sized laptop I think 15.6 inch which is used by majority. I tried replicating the error in a smaller machine and indeed it cannot be replicated. I am 100% sure of this. Hence, please check link in a bigger screen and let me know if you could replicate error.
If you fail, I will send you video how to replicate.
Best Regards,
Team Ak

Hi ArtK,
I try my screen on both resolution is 1920 x 1080 or resize browser to smaller but it doesn’t have issue like yours.
Did you try resize your browser? Or check on staging site?
The test result on your live site?

Hi ArtK,
I check on MacOS don’t see the issue, but when I check on Window I see it,
Please change your custom css
@media only screen and (min-width: 75em) { .jas-container { width: 95%; } }
to
@media only screen and (min-width: 75em) { .archive .jas-wc .jas-container { width: 95%; } }
Best regards
Harry

Hi Harry,
Great to know you could replicate the issue. 🙂
However, I did not find any custom code I added previously in claue–>theme options–>custom css which matches the code you found.
Can you please tell me where you saw this custom code? I added your new code to the custom css area but it did not fix the issue.
You have access to staging site (I think I gave you credentials when creating topic. If not, I can give you once more). You can login and see where I added you code. Can you please check if I understood you correctly as the codes did not fix the issue yet.
I have identified another bug which might affect all your users which was reported to me and which I am trying to replicate. I will let you know once I identify and document how to replicate as it affects specific browsers and mobiles.
Best Regards,
Team Artk

Dear Harry,
We created a new ticket (with other bugs) and gave you a new staging environment with latest version of claue running.
Please use it in anyway you want. I tried using your code but it did not fix the infinite scroll issue yet. Can you please try adding the code yourself in new staging and check if you see good results 🙂
Thanks a lot Harry.
Best Regards,
Team Artk
