Hi,
I’ve update the theme but now the “terms and conditions” on the checkout page open in a new tab. I prefered when it was a pop-up but I can no setting to change it. How can I change it back ?
Plus I’ve decide to put my shop in English, but the translation of the buttons in the Mini Cart are still in French, how can I change that ?

Hi,
Did your site work with popup before? On prev version of our theme the “terms & conditions” open on ugly exist window so we have to change open this on new tab.

Hi,
Sorry for late answer I didn’t receive a notification (forgot the checkbox).
Yes it worked perfectly. I just had to delete the CSS raws on the terms and conditions page (VC raw etc).
Presentation was still good. It worked on my Mac, iPhone, with Chrome and Safari.
Never tried with PC, Windows or Android.

Hi,
I restaure with an old backup and everything works great. It’s not exactly a pop up, the terms and conditions page appears just below the checkbox and I have to scroll and that’s perfect.

Hi @Equestrivp,
If you don’t want to use new version you can use attach file extract and put in claue-child > woocommerce > checkout.

Hi,
There’s a big problem with this forum and confidentiality about informations : when I look for the name of my website on Google, messages on this forum appear in search results , even private replies. I know it because I gave you login and password to connect to my store and they appear in Google results (meta description). I can send you screenshots but not on the forum as it isn’t secured, please give me an email address if you need it.
Plus everybody in Google has access now to my email address. And this forum is the only site which appears when I type my email address in Google. So it is a big problem too.
But what is more strange is that you deleted our first topic, and this new one appears even if I never mentioned my shop name….
And the first topic isn’t completely deleted because when I click on Google results the full topic appears !
What will you do to erase Google results please ?

Hi,
When you logged in you still see the private content, if you logged in another account or guest you can’t see. You can paste the result link of our support forum on another browser as guest to check.

Hi,
But the problem is that I asked you to delete the topic and when I click on the link in search results it still appears with all the pages.
And the private content appears in the meta description ! So even if you logged or not does’nt matter because everybody who searches for my shop on Google has access to private informations. If you give me a private email address I will send you proofs and screenshots.
So delete completely these topics please even in your database and archives.

Hi,
I’d like to update the theme but not with all the changes because I tried the automatic update and it created lots of problems on my website (I had a backup so it’s ok I restored it).
The first issue I wan to correct is : “Fix mini cart count number doesn’t update when use popup” .
The second is on mobile device and tablet : if I choose the third or the fourth layout for the product detail page, only one pic appears on the screen and nothing indicates that there are more pics to show. That’s a problem because people can’t really see that’ there are more pics. Is it possible to make the arrows visible on the main pic on mobile and tablets please, as soon as the page opens ?
I’d like to add the tweaks below too please :
* Tweak – “Return & Shipping” support shortcode
* Tweak – Show popup cart or slide minicart when click on add to cart button on product listing page
* Tweak – Make product’s gallery doesn’t change when attribute not color
* Tweak – Update plugin Claue Addons to version 1.0.9
* Tweak – Update plugin WooCommerce Variation Swatch to version 1.0.3What do you mean by “Tweak – Improve wishlist button ” ?

Hi,
1. This fixed issue related to “action when user click add to cart button the mini cart count number doesn’t update number of product in cart”
2. When you check on real device the product layout 3,4 the images will switch to carousel swipe with arrow button to next and prev
3. These tweaks have more change code and related to other tasks it hard to exclude some fix for update some tweaks. We recommend add customize code to child theme, your code will be prevent when you update core theme.
4. Tweak – Improve wishlist button – We improve position of wishlist button for add less code when customize position.

Sorry but we didn’t understand each other. I already use a child theme and the complete auto-update creates new issues on my website. So I prefer to update only the issues I know if it’s possible please.
So here are the updates/fix / tweaks I’d like to add :
- Fix mini cart count number doesn’t update when use popup
- On mobile and tablet there’s a carousel but nothing indicates its existence, so people think there’s only one pic for each product. Is it possible to make the arrows visible as soon as we open the product detail page on these devices ?

Hi,
1. If you want to keep the term & condition please copy file terms.php in themes > claue > core > libraries > vendors > woocommerce > templates > checkout of current version on your site to claue-child > woocommerce > checkout
you can update normal
2. If you want remove the code when click on Term & conditions please go to Pages > and edit page Term & condition page remove page builder and put your content.

Hi,
I tried your solution, it worked only when I uploaded php files to main Claue Theme file.
After that, checkout was ok but problems with wishlist button appeared. I tried during a few hours to correct it with CSS but it’s not good.
So can you please just send me a file to correct the problem with the mini cart that doesn’t update when use Popup ?

Hi, there’s a problem with the Js file you send to me : The add to cart update correctly but it inverts the columns with the images on product page and it inverts the columns on products listings too.
I delete this Js file to return to the old one and the issue is solved, but now the problem with the update of the cart remains.
Can you help me please ?

I don’t know what cause issue on your site because on my site it still work well. Could you change new theme.js file and send us your site link problem, we need more closer check before give you solution.

It was a plugin conflict, with Autoptimize. Worked fine until now, I think it may be an update problem.
I disabled it and now everything is ok, sorry for disturbing !
