"Open Swatch" Variable Products.

Hi I’m trying to create a product like this – http://janstudio.net/claue/demo/product/cuffed-beanie/

 

I need multiple color swatches. and I also want a different image gallery with each color swatch.

 

I”ve uploaded the demo content and I’m looking at the exact demo product but I can’t seem to understand what the “Open Swatch” does and how to add it to a new product?

I also don’t know where to add the images for each color?
