OpenSwatch On Product List

Hello,

I have variable products on my website. I check Hide Out of Stock products on WooCommerce ( Woocommerce → Settings → → Products → Inventory  → Out Of Stock Visibility).  But on my product list is still showing the colors of out of stock products.

EX:

1 product with white and blue color. White is in stock, blue is out of stock.  The product is showing white and  blue. I want to show only white variation. See attach image.

Any news on this? The same problem is with product details. Is showing all the variations ( with stock and without stock).

If i deactivate OpenSwatch, standard WooCommerce is working good ( displaying only the variations with stock ).

Hi,

This issue related to plugin we report to plugin author.

We now change plugin OpenSwatch new plugin it better than OpenSwatch ( you can choose color picker, swatch auto enable for variable product you don’t need have to Enable OpenSwatch for separate product, it now work well with your issue – hide out of stock variation on product listing, but still have issue product detail page)

Hi,
It was fixed in Openswatch plugin, please check. I have changed in class-color-swatch.php file in “includes” folder of this plugin. We will release a new version of this plugin on next theme update.

Good. Thank You, but in product details is still showing all.  Like i said in #9592. Is there a fix ?

It’s not bug, When you choose out of stock variation, it will show the text “Out of Stock”, it like the concept of WooCommerce default attribute.

If i disable OpenSwatch in the product drop down is showing only BLUE with XL. Please Check.

The problem is with all products. In product list and in products details is not hidding out of stock variations.

I’m sorry to say that, We have tried many solution to do this, but it seems impossible. I can give you an example case

#Product 1 has attribute X, M, L and Black, Blue, Red if this product only has X – Black is in stock –> We can check and it will work

#Product 2 has the same attribute with #1 but this product only has X – Black is out of stock (Another case X – Red, X – Blue, M – Black, L – Black is in stock) –> We can’t check it because it based on the data of WC –> this case will not work.

I understand, but maybe OpenSwatch needs to rethink how it does to show products in stock.

Is a problem with this plugin, because with WooCommerce Standard is working perfect.

I try Improved Variable Product Attributes, is ok in product details( show only variation with stock) , but is not showing in product list.  The theme is not using the standard Woocommerce ?

Since OpenSwatch and Variation Swatch is not working, i try to find a solution.

I install “Improved Variable Product Attributes” module it’s working perfect with standard theme, but with Claue is not showing the colors in product list. In the product details is ok. Is showing only variations with stock like the standard Woocommerce.

Yes is showing, but with problems with infinite scroll.

Any news from OpenSwatch? Because i like more the design in Product List from OpenSwatch. This is the reason i buy this theme.

Regarding OS plugin, Plugin provider did not continue to develop it, So now we have a new plugin called WooCommerce Variation Attribute and we still improve it. This issue will be fixed in next update.

1. Sorry on product listing it doesn’t support only hide out of stock variation it will hide the product have 1 variation out of stock (I check with default theme it have same issue).

2. With new version of Variation Swatch on product page it disabled the variation out of stock https://monosnap.com/file/knQCYU1pQpoboCsf7kxcNOfY2OFSFq#
