  Hi,
  
  On my ‘International Shipping’ page I would like to have three flags that when clicked on lead to different sections of that same page that will have information on that specific country/flag. Can you please tell me how to go about doing this? Thanks.

  You can use Visual Composer Tab Element
  
  And the 3 flags as 3 tabs with 3 content.
