Password setting on page not working

I set the blog page in my site to password pretected but it is not activating for some reason. Can you please help me to fix this issue? Thanks.

The password protect option doesn’t work with blog page. It have other way to set the page to private.

Do I need to renew the license as well? I thought that once you purchase the theme just the support is the reoccuring item that needs to be renewed? If this is so I don’t see where to renew just the annual support. Can you please send me a link to be able to do this? Thanks.

And click on Renew support.

As i told you before. The password protected with other page not work with blog posts page. Please try a plugin for it https://wordpress.org/plugins/password-protected/
