Hi,
This issue maybe your wordpress root folder lost .htaccess file. Could you ask support from your hosting provider or follow this article https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Where.27s_my_.htaccess_file.3F

Hello,
I have the same problem, but would like to keep the product structure permalink custom, like so:
http://www.domainname.com/category-name/product-name/
Is there a way to have the best of both worlds, have both a custom product permalink and a default page permalink?

Hi, Wish I could! but that would break the link structure we already have on our current website, that we’ve linked to in other media. The workaround you suggested will insert a “store/” (or shop, or whatever we’ve decided to call it).
It really shouldn’t be a problem… I know the time and patience it takes to create a robust theme like this, so not gonna crack down hard on the creators, but all the options should be available and workable if they’re there….

Could you try this plugin https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/custom-permalinks/ or edit .htaccess file.
Best regards
