At the moment, I found 4 major problems with your theme, so, I really hope you will be able to help me fix these issues so this beautiful Claue theme will be the super perfect theme for all of your customers. And, it’ll be the best theme ever for WooCommerce. OK, let’s see what I found.
1. Custom tabs
When I created new tabs and put all of the information in it, I already clicked “SAVE TABS” because I want to use these tabs again in the next product. But, when I clicked “Add a saved tab” to load the tabs I have created previously, there is the message saying “No saved tabs were found”.
And, when I go to “Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce | Saved Tabs” I found that there is nothing in there too. So, it seems like all the tabs that I have saved are not really saved. But the tab is still exist in the product that I created it and it’s visible on the “PREVIEW” too. I really don’t know why? So, if this issue wasn’t fix by you, I will not be able to use it on the next
2. Product tags,
If I set the “PRODUCT DATA” as “VARIABLE PRODUCT” in Edit Product page, after I finished editing the product and click “SAVE DRAFT” the tags that I have entered earlier will disappear from the “Edit product” page. But, the tags are still visible in “PREVIEW”. Moreover, I will not be able to add more new tags in “Edit product” page after that too. I can’t even click at “Choose from the most used tags”.
But, this problem will not occur if I set the “PRODUCT DATA” as “SIMPLE PRODUCT”. It’s very strange.
3. Variation
And, this problems with variation is the real pain here. Actually, what I want from this variation is that I want to let my customers choose the color that they want. But, the pictures must be the same for every color because I have pictures of the original color only. The problem I found is that I can’t upload any image for product gallery of each color. Actually, there is a box to let me upload the product gallery but when I clicked at the “Add product gallery images”, it will bounce at the top of the page but there is nothing happened after that.
However, I managed to solve this problem by myself by created the new “Attribute” and the color options are now in drop down menu instead. By using this new attribute, I’m pretty OK with it. But, if you can create “COLOR ATTRIBUTE” that won’t change the pictures that’ll be perfect. Because, I think it’ll be best if my customers can see the color even just a bit.
And, I’d like to ask you why I got an error message in the “Variation Swatch” section. There is a message saying

So, I believe there must be something wrong, right?
4. Additional Information Tab
Another problem that I found is that when I added “Attributes” like “COLOR”, there will be an extra tab of “Additional information” in my custom tabs on the product listing page. But, I kinda don’t want to have this tab on my product page because it’s very useless. Then, please tell me how can I get rid of it too.
