      Hi

      We got problem with the currency at backend (admin and customer). We have currencies HKD, USD and EUR. The 3 currencies show perfectly in the frontend. However, it will only show the USD amount at backend.

      E.g Item A (USD 29, EUR28) and someone buy it in EUR, but at backend it will show EUR 29 (correct one is EUR 28).

      Please help why the currency symbol is switched, but why not the amount is switched as well.

      The strange thing is that both stripe and paypal got the right currency and amount. The only problem is the wrong amount showed at backend.

      The price is

      USD 79

      €67.02

      But at backend order #15280

      It shows €79. (It should show €67.02)

      I have just found that the coupon field has been disappeared in the checkout page (feedback by customer) after the update of the code. Please help ……

      Hi Harry,

       

      I have same issue, can you please tell me where can i find ‘Claue-addon > includes > currency’.

      I checked in wp dashboard as well as theme directory

        Hi @sgdheeban,

        Please update theme and plugin to latest version and update API key in Claue > Currencies.
