      Hello everyone,

      I’m having an issue with my product images size. I had this problem once : even if I take the same proportion for my images, the one i added today are smaller on my product catalog. But they have the same proportion as always… I tried to regenerate thumbnails as you told me before but when I try to do that I have an error message telling me that there is a problem with the regeneration of this image … I don’t understand why … Do you know what can be the issue ?

      I downloaded imagify recently, but I desactivated this product and uploaded the image again and nothing has changed …

      Hi Laurie,

      Does your images have same dimension. As your screenshot i saw have 2 images square

      On my thumbnails I decided that the proportions are 0,7 and I cropped my image so that the proportions are 0,7 as always. It worked last time I did it and now the new images I upload are smaller :/. When I try to regenerate thumbnails it does not work

      It’s basically : An error occured when we tried to regenerate Thumbnail. The error was (message).

      Could you ask your hosting support about this, i tried regenerate but it said “internal sẻrver error”

      You mean my domain ? Could it be related to that ?

      I mean hosting not domain. You now host you website on WordPress? Please ask hosting supporter.

      Oh ok, I asked wordpress already but they don’t know ! I’m hosted by wordpress.
