Product attributes removed after theme update

I have recently updated the theme, what i notice is all the product attributes have been removed after the update. Can you help me?

Hi,

Did you using 2 plugins “WooCommerce Variation Swatch and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” together before?

Do you remember which plugin use enable first? I think the issue cause by conflict between 2 plugins. Do you have backup version before update plugin. Please try restore and disable the plugin you don’t use and update again.

If not you have to disable one plugin and have to create color again.

Hi,

The plugin we recommend use together with our theme is “WooCommerce Variation Swatch of WPAddon” and it have color, image, tooltip option https://prnt.sc/p6bmo1. We don’t recommend plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce in any update version.

Please disable plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce and after that go to Products > Attributes and Attribute type to “Color” https://prnt.sc/p6bo49 and click on configure to re create color.
