Hi,
I noticed an issue since last update of Woocommerce and WordPress (I can only see this as the reason…).
Product images are not resized properly anymore on newly added products.
You can see on this page: http://www.glove-story.com/categorie-produit/femme/cuir-prestige-femme/
The last products added have a completely different aspect ratio (for example “Cousu main, nœud et 3 baguettes” and “Gant contrasté”) and do not respect the previous size (see below)
Additionally, I noticed the html markup seems different on previous products and new ones>
Correct resizing (previous products): proper “sizes” attribute with “(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px” and both width and height set to 500px.
New sizing (newly added products): no more “sizes” attribute, no more “srcset” attribute list, and width set to “570” and height to “760”.
Please fix this ASAP. This is one of the biggest glove producers from France and he is really not happy to see those kind of major display issues on his professional theme.
By the way, kindly ask the dev team to also include an update for visual composer, as it should be done directly by theme developpers.
Waiting for fast resolution please.

Hi Guys,
I checked your settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Product Image > Catalog Image is: 570×760 https://monosnap.com/file/RBD7UcBB6eG3IbuOWa6MjJBVFRDqmd#. I changed to 500 x 500 and go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnail. It now ok.
Best regards
Harry

Oh damn, I would have never thought of going into Woocommerce options themselves. Didn’t expect the fix to be something so straightforward either.
Support on this theme is just amazing, I keep on being impressed by you guys. Thanks A LOT for that fix Harry.

Any idea when we will receive the update for Visual Composer (WPBakery) ?

Hi,
This setting will apply for new upload images so you don’t have to fix it again.
You can update WPBakery Pagebuilder by delete current version and install new update via Appearance > Install Plugin.
Best regards
Harry
