Product Color swatch showing twice

Hi Good Afternoon Guys, I hope you guys doing well.

I am very satisfied with your support with the great product. I try to learn update product color swatch, but in home page, product showing color swatch twice. please review the screenshot which is attached to this mail. I hope you guys help me to resolve the issue.

I check your site, it now run outdated version, please update to latest version http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/

I saw you use both plugin OpenSwatch and Variation Swatch, now i disable plugin Open Swatch and use only Variation Swatch plugin.
