Product display problem and pics problem

Hi,

I have a few problem with Claue template. I have this repeating problem with displaying product ( http://trends.si/izdelek/cyan-boheme/ ), I’ve reinstalled template a few times and it didn’t help so I made a fresh WordPress + woocommerce install an it was ok until I made a few changes in Theme Options (but not in Product detail settings).

The other problem are regarding pictures like color circles for product with color swatch don’t show (it has only text like grey, pink but no color circles as in your demo). There are problem with all kind of pictures like gravatar an so on.

Hi Petar,

I have just checked, WooCommerce plugin on your site is outdated (2.6.14) I highly recommend you upgrade to the latest version. This is problem in outdated version http://take.ms/5TfFh

Hi Petar,

For the issue with color swatch (because the images after import sample data will be replace with place holder image because license and copyright of images)

You can upload the image for the color in Dashboard > Products > Attributes > Color > Configure Term > and upload thumbnail background color as the color

Than you for your fast reply. The problem is that I’m buying a dropshipping modul that doesn’t support woocommerce 3.x. so I need it to work on 2.x woocommerce. Is there a solution for my problem without upgrading to woocommerce 3.x?

Thank you for your help, I’ve downgraded woocomerce to 2.1.16 and istalled old claue.zip template. But now i get this error:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Product_Variable::get_gallery_image_ids() in /home/trendssi/domains/trends.si/public_html/wp-content/themes/claue/core/libraries/vendors/woocommerce/templates/single-product/product-image.php on line 25

 

Wen I’ve first installed the template everything worked fine.

Could you try update to version 2.6.14 for WooCommerce. The latest version 2.6.14 we check it work.

We didn’t test our theme with old version 2.1.x.

I checked theme on your site is version 1.1.3, you need to delete this version and install version 1.0.0.

Regarding color swatch problem you kindly advised me:

You have to remove exist place holder image and upload your images.

Well, product view now is OK but Product Listing is a mess. When I’ve made I purchase (I don’t know what version of claue template was) it was working fine. When I’ve upgrade (manually not buy envato tool) then the problem started, and now I can’t figure it out.

pls deactivate plugin YITH Wishlist. it doesn’t work with old version of WooCommerce.

Thank you! It looks like it is working now. As I sad the template was working fine on woocommerce 2.6.14 before the latest upgrade, even the YITH Wishlist. Is there a way to download the version before the latest one?

Sorry, I was talking about older version of template (not YITH) version 1.1.5. The problem started with latest template update. I’m worried about all the updates from 1.0 version (a took a look on your changelog).

Don’t worry you can update theme from version 1.0.0 to latest version without problem.

Which plugin you’re using for Dropship, please ask plugin author to support WooCommerce latest version.

This is great news! If I understand correctly I should be doing this:

1. install template 1.0
2. install and activate claue child
3. install Envato update plugin
4. update via Envato plugin

Am I correct?

No,

If you update theme you have to update WooCommerce plugin too.

The issue now you use Dropship plugin it not compatible with WooCommerce version 3.0.x. The latest version of our theme not compatible with WooCommerce 2.6.14. So you have to use our theme version 1.0.0 till when you update both plugin (dropship and WooCommerce) to latest version.

Please send me download link for previus temlate build (not 1.0 but I think it was 1.1.5, it was workig fine just befor the latest update).

I’ve just send you attach file is our latest version 1.1.6, let us update our description on ThemeForest. I sure only version 1.0.0 work well with WooCommerce 2.6.14, pls don’t update theme while you still don’t update WooCommerce.

It is OK, no need, I’ll go with version 1.0.0 and update with woocommerce when my dropshipping modul will support it.
