Product thumbnail image won't switch view to back image when I hover

Hi I am very pleased with my new website but have this issue. On my product page I have a front image thumbnail image and a back image thumbnail, I may also have other variations. The problem is that when I click on the main image thumbnail everything is ok the zoom etc. However when I click on the back image (which the main image should now switch to) nothing happens.

Hi,

I check your site and see the issue cause by your image smaller than the wrap div. Please upload bigger for main image and go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Image > Main image width and change number to 570 https://prnt.sc/pioh9e

thank you for your help, but I think you are not grasping my problem correctly.
I have enclosed screen shots from another website to try to explain better as I don’t have the option on my site.
When I click on a product ‘main image’ …..image zoom & image size is correct. However when I click on the ‘image thumbnail’ for ‘back’ or ‘side image’ nothing happens, When I click on the  back image it should now display where the main image was in order to show the back of the image in zoom mode. In the pics. included images 4,5 and 6 are not loading the image I click on. In images 1,2,3, from another website the pic changes when you click on it. Thats what I want my images to do.

Hi,

Please deactivate plugin Related to Badge. It cause the issue.

thank you. I deactivated the plugin and that halved the problem. Now the main product image does not zoom?

The issue because your images small, please use image have width bigger than 570px.

once again thank you for your help. I have increased the image size as you recommended. It made no difference the main image does not zoom. The back image thumbnail does.

as you will see from my website I have increased the image size as you recommended. I am delighted that your suggestion has corrected the problem for mobile phone users. Can you tell me does it work differently on laptops as I have enclosed pics of laptop images from the website and when I hover on the image I just get a copy of the main image. On the second thumbnail image however (usually a back image)  it will zoom perfectly.
