Questions regarding excluding and filters

Hello, I have a couple of questions. How do we achieve getting the filters to automatically be on the catalog pages:
EXAMPLE

Except instead of the right side I want it on the left.

Using the SiteGrounds Optimization plugin how do we get the URL for the recently viewed widget to be excluded. What do we exclude? Same with the wishlist plugin, how do we exclude it? Which URL do we exclude?

1. Please go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > and follow this https://tppr.me/cDHCD

2. Please go to Appearance > Widgets and remove recently viewed widget.
