Redirect website base on its country ip address

we have another website name rumiearth.com we want to redirect it, if someone type it and if the location is in UAE it will redirect to rumi.ae site or if type india it will redirect to rumi.in

Hi,

I have done the plugin but it gives us error like some budget hosts is slow and may conflict with strict timeout settings. It says that it will give timeout because of not so much space. Could you help migrate this to our other hosting we want the exact design.
