remove post author, date and comment info site wide

We need to remove the blog infos except category and title site wide. How could we do it?

• the blog images in the main page disappeared! (i think after making the product images square, i reloaded the blog image again, but it did not work)
• main page blog excerpts still include author info
• date is everywhere; on main page, on blog main and detail page – how to remove it?

to renew our aim : we want to remove date, author and comment quantity from blog title area. Only title and categories are wanted.
