Removing Activity section on Dashboard

Hi,

I have set up my WP dashboard for a new person to get in there to print off labels/manifests of orders to prepare parcels to ship out. The issue I have is that when they login they can see everything on the main dashboard page and also access the post’s in the “Activity” tab and edit those post’s if they choose too. What I need to do is block them from being able to do this. I have them blocked from everything else on my dashboard other then this one page. I am set up as an Author and they are set up as a Shop Manager. Can you please tell me how to keep them from potentially editing my post’s or anything else on this particular page? If I can completely block them from viewing this page that would be even better if that’s possible. Thanks.
