Retina Logo not displaying properly in mobile view

I uploaded a retina logo 500px x 97px and for some reason on mobile display it is very small. I was told to make the logo bigger and it will display properly. How big does it have to be? When i inspect code in mobile view, it shows in coding that the image is 250px x 48.5px but on the site when i hover over the code it shows the image is actually 93.66px x 18.16px (way too small)

Because on mobile the image need to resize to fit screen resolution.

Hi,

I recommend use child theme for override, don’t use parent theme because when you update parent theme the override code will be replace.

this is the path i copied the layout file you send to me

/public_html/wp-content/themes/claue/views/header

is this not right? How do you mean claue child theme? Sorry i am confused.

Hi,

Please use claue-child.zip included in the package you download from ThemeForest https://monosnap.com/file/kL9NKA1xDlIbBKN4dhH40vOJfQ4zpm# and put the file to claue-child > views > header to override function of parent theme Claue. Because in future when you update parent theme “claue” the file will use old file not use edited file while claue-child not has to update.
