1. You can change arrow button color by add below code to JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.metaslider .flexslider .flex-direction-nav li a.flex-prev, .metaslider .flexslider .flex-direction-nav li a.flex-next {
	background: #004c9f;

}

2. Please go to JanStudio > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Hover Style > Style 1

3. I’m sorry it doesn’t support customize product page with WP Bakery Page Builder
