Shop page product options thumbnails not displaying

Hi, I just purchased this theme for my client and the Shop page product options thumbnails are not displaying correctly. Please view: https://staging2.universalprinting.com.au/product-category/tshirts/ and select a colour circle below the image. The top 3 products work (new thumbnail images display), but anything below this does not work. However with the remaining product shop pages, no circle options work, i.e. https://staging2.universalprinting.com.au/product-category/sportswear/

Note: No issues on the single product page, variation options work. It’s only the shop page.

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Status > Tools > Generate Thumbnail https://tppr.me/Rj2nw
