Hi,
I’m getting error 408…my requests are not responding, the new pages etc. don’t load unless I refresh the url link over and over and over…that’s usually when I’ll get the error 480 page. I’m not sure where the problem is originating from. I’ve tried using two different computers to access/edit my site to see if maybe it’s my computer but it’s the same on a totally different operating system so this is telling me that it’s either our internet provider issue, the site host issue or the web site it’s self. Can you please give me some advice as to how I can fix this? Thanks.
This is exactly what shows up on the error message page:

Hi,
I was using the ‘maintenance mode’ option provided in the Theme options. I disabled it and it’s still very difficult to even get into the site. I’m getting the same exact error message. Very strange.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing the link…at least it gives me a good idea where this issue is coming from. I’ll contact them and see if removing the security plug in fixes this issue, if not I’ll need to move to another host. Not much choice at this point!
Just wondering how common this issue is…have you come across more then the two of us that has had this problem with their site? Just wondering thanks.
