      Hi Sir,

       

      I’m having a problem when our website is loaded in the mobile.

      It takes time to load.

      Can you check the response time on mobile.

      Hi Sir,

      I check your site it now on desktop is slow not like yesterday I checked. Please do step i suggest you yesterday “Please install plugin to optimize your image and fix javascript error with plugin automatic responsive”.

      You also check with your hosting supporter about the issue.

      We usually optimize images at https://tinypng.com/ before upload.

      So you mean we should optimize our images 1st before uploading it in our site ?

      How about the existing image ? do we need to optimize it and re-upload it again ?

      For exist images please use plugin. With new images we recommend optimize before upload.
