      Hello,

      I have a subcategory PayPal whose parent is Payments but both layout and the category selection in the article let appear that it is not considered as.

      Any idea why?

      I have helpdesk-addons plugin installed. I do delete this one and install yours?

      Yes, you delete exist and reinstall new file.

      Hi Eric,

      1. The count display number of articles you check belong category and exclude articles of subcategories if you don’t check in parent

      2. Yes, you can change to knowledge-base_cat, after change you need go to Settings > Permalink > Save to update

      3. Now sub categories will hide on knowledge-base homepage. When you click on parent the subcategories will display.

      In this case you can check 2 articles belong to parent categories.

      We released new update, You can follow our topic to update theme http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/ you also can update plugin helpdesk-addon in Dashboard too.

      Please keep helpdesk-child for custom code.
