Swatch postage

Hope you are well.

We offer a swatch service which is 5 free swatches, the customer just pays £2 towards p+p. Is it possible to remove this when they are buying something else?

We have had an order so they have paid the usual 2.50 but it has added the £2 swatch fee too.

Sure,

So as you can see the swatch is £0.00 the customer normally pays £p+p but Diane has ordered other products with us so is already paying the p+p and we just want to know if the swatch p+p can be taken off when the customer orders something else with us.

But it must remain £2.00 if they are only getting swatches.

Does that make sense?
