Template displaying product images in odd sizes

Hi,

My template has begun to display my product images in odd sizes, some are full size and cropped, others are showing as square. This is a new development. We have checked with Nitropack to see if our image optimization was causing our photos to display incorrectly and they confirmed that it is not the plugin.

We have had our web developer check the website and he cannot find a reason why this is happening.

Please help. Our template used to display all of our product images in full size and now they are displaying as some full, some square.

Hi Harry,

We have tried both of these options and neither of them work for our issues.

It doesn’t matter what we select under Product Image, some of the images are still displaying as square while other images are displaying at 6:10 ratio.

With product sorting, this does not solve the issue that we are facing within the categories. For instance, there are four pages of pillows before a visitor will see our blankets, because we uploaded all blankets before pillows. We want these products shuffled so that items that were uploaded first sometimes show up on the first page of each category. Your solution does not solve this issue.

Please advise.

1. I helped you update the image, maybe the cache on your site cause the option not work.
2. With product sorting, please try follow this topic https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/random-product-order-with-pagination.html and add custom code to child theme.
