Please help me install the theme properly as soon as possible because the urgency time that I have , I can’t do it myself because the theme doesn’t work properly.

Just active theme and build content by using WPBakery or Elementor as you want.

I’ve already success install the the new theme, but when activate it, the theme doesn’t work properly like the sample data. Can you help me install the sample data without deleting my database, I want it when we activate the theme it will look like the demo and then I can edit it easily according to the sample data.

Hi,

to import sample data it risk for your exist data.

1. Please backup your site
2. Download attach file and extract
3. Go to Tools > Import > WordPress and import extracted file

You must have seen my screen shot that I sent it to you before. If I activate the new theme, the lay out seems broken and doesn’t look like the demo at all, please check it for me before I do the step for import sample data, thanks

Hi,

1. If you import sample data it will clean your exist data.Do not do it if you want keep your exist content

2. You can import .xml file what I guided you, You will have pages like our demo, and you can change sample homepage with your content and set the page as new homepage that you want.

Hello Harry,

An error occurred when I wanted to install the theme from the file to which you sent me the link (claue.WordPress.2025-02-28.xml_.zip).

“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.”

Please see the attached file for the screenshot. Thank you.

If you could help me faster, please help me install the theme on my website directly. It will save a lot of time and energy for you and me to solve this problem. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi,

You installed theme, now you need import homepage sample, don’t need to install theme again.
Please follow my step.

1. Backup your site
2. Download attach file and extract
3. Go to Tools > Import > WordPress and import extracted file
4. Active Claue theme and set a page you imported to homepage in Setting > General

I’m done with steps 1 to 3, but for step 4, I activated the Claue theme, but still can’t set a page I’ve imported to the homepage.

Please give the instructions in more detail. Thank you….
