Unable to edit layout and add element on backend editor

Hi,

I am unable to edit the layout and add an element on the backend editor. Also, when I try to clone the website on WP Clone plugin I have installed, it will not clone it. It seems some aspects of the website seem to be broken. For example, the front end editor does not display the buttons right. It might be that the WP bakery page builder seems to be outdated, but I cant update it.

I checked your site it now run latest version of WPBakery PageBuilder. Did you update and the issue resolve?

Yes I updated it. I am still unable to add elements on pages. And also when I try and clone the website, this error comes up:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I used the WP Clone plugin, it has worked with every website but for some reason not this one and also the fact that I cant seem to add elements on my web pages, there might be an error (bug) with the theme.

If I redownload the theme would that help or would I loose all my work? Are you able to redownload the theme for me as I do not know how to do that without loosing all my work. Please, your help would be much appreciated :).

Hi,

I don’t use plugin WP Clone but i usually use plugin Duplicator it work well, could you try this.
