      Hi guys,

      i receive an mail from envato to update the theme claue but when i log in in my wordpress i dont found any notification.

       

      Right now my version is v1.2.4.

       

      Can u confirm the new version? because on envato is v1.2.4 too

      Hi,

      This update correct version 1.2.5 i forgot update version in style.css so it doesn’t change version when you click on theme. I submit new update version and wait for ThemeForest team review, this will change version

      Hi Harry,

      I was trying to update the theme, but the Envato plugin does not show that any update is available. Moreover, since I’m working on the Child theme, it does not even show that Claue is activated on my WordPress. Please  see below:

      Please advice on updating.

      Should I activate my parent theme in order to update? If I do so, I hope I do not lose all the customization that I have made in the site.

      @ffthernandez could you please provide me your website URL and a temporary admin account to check?


      @MSehdev       please activate the parent theme to get update, after that activate the child theme, you will not lose anything.

      any update available to theme claue..  i download manually from envato but version still on v1.2.4…

      Hi,

      Currently, v1.2.4 is the latest version of Claue. We have submitted a new version 2 days ago, but Envato did not approve, we are fixing the problem which reported by them.

      Hi Harry,

      Since there are some changes to Envato dashboard, can you pls provide new instructions to update the theme automatically? I received an email today that there is a new version/update available for the theme, but in the new Envato dashboard I don’t see an option to auto-update.
