Urgent – home page broken on live site after updating theme

Hello,

We have just updated the theme and Woocommerce to the latest version and something seems to have broken the home page layout. As this is built with WP Bakery Page Builder it is likely something in this. We cannot update the plugin ourselves.

On the home page, below the slider, the first three icon & text fields are missing next to the CUSTOMER REVIEWS box. Below that, a row of 3 promotions banners is missing and below that, a row of 4 image and text boxes is also missing. All of these are in Bakery Page Builder.

Oddly, the slider as well as the last two elements built with Page Builder are appearing as per normal.

We have never had this issue come up before. The site is live and as it is the home page, it is having a massive impact. Could you please advise what is causing this and provide a fix asap.

Hi,

Please go to Setting > Permalinks > Save and check, if issue still there please deactivate plugin one by one and check again.

Thank you for your quick reply.

We’ve gone to permalinks but are lost as to what to ‘save and check’ as per your instructions. There are quite a few options there.

Could you please clarify or perhaps send a screenshot?
