Urgent Issue – Products Disappearing from Shop Page

Hello,

I’ve been struggling with a major issue for almost a year now, and it’s becoming very frustrating. Every few hours, the products disappear from the shop page. Only after logging in again and clearing the cache do the products reappear, and the shop page loads correctly.

I’ve already tested many things: disabling plugins, disabling LiteSpeed cache, switching from AJAX “load more” to a simple “next page” pagination, and many other adjustments with LiteSpeed. Unfortunately, nothing helps.

My question is: could the Claue Theme itself be conflicting with WooCommerce, or is there another possible cause? At this point, I really don’t know. Maybe someone has experienced a similar situation and knows a solution.

Can you send me your site login credentials to check the issue? I checked your site speed very low, can’t load the page.

Did you check with your hosting provider?

Now i can access your site and it work normal

If you have issue again, please try turn off product flip image option in Claue > theme option > woocoomerce > product listing settings

I think this problem is unrelated, because as the hostinger said, the theme conflicts with WooCommerce and stops displaying the product’s shop page, and this very often happens several times a day, as I attached a photo, and disabling the plugins does not help.

Because the shop page is completely white without products, and customers don’t notice it if it happens at night.
