URGENT PLEASE – Problems with openswatch and WPML

Hello,

I have several problems:

1) The images of the color versions (openswatch) are displayed correctly in the main language of the site (EN) but not all are displayed in the secondary languages ​​(for 2 colors) whereas they are the same images (duplicated product in French). (I use WPML Plugin)

2) The images are displayed very slowly and appear below the main image of the product for a few seconds which gives a very unpleasant bug effect .. This bug is not present in your demo and photos of Products are displayed instantly … I wish I had the same thing. Server configuration for this site: Php served by apache (PHP V7.0.15).

You can connect to the site to correct the problem? It is quite urgent because we have to deliver the site to the customer tomorrow and we lost a lot of time due to all these bugs !! = (.

I also sometimes have a fatal 500 error on product pages … I guess this is fixed to a problem with openswatch or theme … because we have already developed more than 100 sites (all hosted on the same server Dedicated) and I never had this problem. Can you watch and help me about it?

Hi,

1. The problem with OpenSwatch plugin because name of color on English and French are same “Anthracite”, i change name and slug of the color in French to “Anthracite-fr” and update images of gallery swatch, now it working normal.

2. For bug 500 internal server can you follow this topic http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/ we affair of problem with memory or CPU, because there are more clients use our theme and plugins but the first time we meet this bug

Impossible to add to cart on french product page  …. and errors in debug console ….

Can you help me to resolve please ?

The 500 error is coming when i refresh the page with errors …  I think The 500 error is linked to the add to cart bug in french.

Hi,

Can you tell us which files of theme you edit and send us files you edit.

I open some page in English, it also show 500 Internal Server Error not only click on Add to cart button on French

you can find solution at https://www.google.com/#q=request+exceeded+the+limit+of+10+internal i think it have problem with .htacess

Hello, the 500 error is corrected (error in Htacess).

Still some problems with the theme:

Quad I change color on the product there is an extremely unpleasant display bug: at loading the product is displayed in duplicate below the image of the product for less than one second .. can look at you and correct the Problem?

My other problem:

When I change the images of the product on the main language the images change also for the other languages (logic because it is the same product) but the images of the color variations open swatch must be changed on each language !! !! Can you set or fix the problem so that I can change the images of the variations only on the main language (in) and that they change to the other languages?

Yes i know ! it’s done for boxers products ! not now for “undershirts” products ..

Can you recheck with a complete product ? (Boxers or Socks)
